The All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders held a working meeting of the heads of regional and primary organizations, which became an important platform for reviewing results and defining strategic priorities for the year.
During the meeting, we focused on key areas of work, discussed the current challenges facing the organization, and developed joint approaches to addressing them. Special attention was given to strengthening effective cooperation between regional and primary branches, enhancing representation of the trade union members’ interests, and improving internal processes.
The engagement, commitment, and professionalism of each participant demonstrated our shared responsibility for achieving results. As a result of the meeting, a clear direction of work was defined and priority tasks for the near future were agreed upon.
