The All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Military Personnel, Law Enforcement Employees, and Combat Veterans is an independent, representative community of people who defend Ukraine every day. Those who understand the true value of security, responsibility, and service—not in words, but through action.
We came together because we firmly believe that the rights, dignity, and social guarantees of Ukraine’s defenders must never be secondary. Neither during the war nor after Victory. Defending the country must go hand in hand with protecting those who stand for it.
Our mission is to provide effective social and legal protection to our members through legal, informational, and organizational support. We strive to be a reliable pillar where the system sometimes fails—when individuals are left alone with complex legal, bureaucratic, or social challenges.
The Trade Union takes responsibility for guiding and supporting individuals through difficult and often exhausting processes—from consultations and legal assistance to social support and help with healthcare-related issues. We do not promise easy solutions, but we do guarantee professionalism, attention, and consistency.
At the same time, our path is not one of confrontation with the state, but of constructive cooperation and partnership. We advocate for development, fair decisions, and the creation of a resilient and effective social protection system. Because a strong country begins with respect for those who defend it.
In our work, we adhere to the principles of full confidentiality, personal data protection, and mutual trust. We are guided by European trade union practices and continuously improve our work to meet the real challenges of today.
